We signed up for free sample, agreeing to pay postage of $2.95. We received no goods but have twice been billed for $51 $74.95 = $125.95 x2 = $251.90 - all in GB Pounds.
To secure refund on credit card payments, our bank says we need to send a copy of our letter of cancellation, but we can't find the company address. Please help.
