I had an email from deal fun saying that they were going to refund me for items that they could not supply and blamed the suppliers, then went on to say that they were getting new suppliers and the site would still go on as usual. I am still waiting on an I pod, a kindle fire bookreader, some magnetic sculptures and other items. I was told that they would also refund me the points that were used on the items that they couldn't send. There were1700 points and I have not been able to use them as there is nothing to bid on. They also had points put away for me to use on another Kindle bookreader when they were in stock as I used the buy now system and it said that I couldn't use it because the stocks were low but they would keep the point's and I could buy it when the stock was in. That never happened so they have more of my bought points. I have not been refunded any money or received my prises. I have been emailing them for 2 month's and have never received a reply. How do they get away with this? It is robbery and fraud as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure there are plenty of other's in the same position as me. We want our prises and refund how much we bought our point's for. Enough is enough.
