I order a pair of tennis shoes from the website of nikebasketballsneakers.net I was charged $99.99 when i checked my acct. It showed that a dollar had also been deducted for a atm fee which I did not authorize When I received the shoes they were not the one that I had order and the box was all crushed up I order Nike Air Darwin High white/red #311087 611 I was sent a pair of Air Max 1 Premium burgundy/white/black there was no return instructions in the box I read on there website I had to email them on the website of [email protected] and they would email me back within 4hrs with instructions on how to return the product. It has been 3 days and I have not gotten any instructions as of yet the invoice states these shoes were shipped from China which on the website did not indicate this. I would like to get a full refund from this company and like to know what options I have
