First off, I ordered it late night Feb. 23. It did not arrive until March 6. I get early mail so I put a patch on that day. I put one on every day, still nothing. Appetite is still the same. After 9 days of use I decided this product wasn't working for me so on March 16 mid morning I called their number at 1-877-773-5152. They said I cannot return the opened package and that I was already billed the $89.95 already! I can't return nor can I get a refund! That's crazy... I asked why can't I return it within the 14 day trial period? They said because the 14 day trial started from the day I ordered! That's crazy... By the time I got it on March 6th... According to them I was trying it for 12 days already! That is just wrong! First they said you can TRY it for 14 days... But you can't TRY it because you DON'T HAVE IT! I wrote the date on the envelope the day I got it so I could make sure that if it didn't work I could return it and get an RMA# like they tell you when you are holding on line to order it. Oh, and they said I could have called and got an extension of the 14 days...! To add insult to injury they asked me how do I know it didn't work? They said I would need to use it for at least 3 months for me to see results! Are you kidding me... At $89.95 per month... That's $269.85! And of course EVEN if you try it for 3 months and then decide it is not working for you, you still have no recourse because your TRIAL period was going on WHILE it was in ROUTE to you! I suggest you don't order this and I am also going to make a complaint to my credit card company about this... This is worse than Highway Robbery!
