I spoke With Jason 34600 (Supervisor from the department). I explained to him that i moved to a new location and the landlord doesn't want any type of installation in his property. The supervisor told me i should have conisdered these before moving. I asked for support to figure out what my choices were. The supervisor clearly stated that i had to cancel and pay the cancellation fees. According to my contract signed it doesnt state that i need to pay cancellation fees if i move to a new location and landlord doesn't want installation. I asked for a copy of contract and he said he couldnt provide that. I also asked for coorporate phone number and din't want to provide it.
