Ordered over internet two slimming aid tablets for trial size and pay postage only.
First arrived and within a couple of days I telephoned and cancelled the lst bottle
Liposom, 5 days later i cancelled the 2nd bottle Biosomatic - reason PO wanted £l8. To deliver - custom duty and po costs. Telephone company again 19 Jan.
And once again cancelled both. Was assured that this had now been done and that
all was cancelled. Credit card statemnt arrived and two amounts, amounting to
£140 had been taken from my account. Told by credit card company that, completely unknown to me i had entered into a continuous authority and they were unable to assist immediately on clearing thi, s money from my account, but would stop any further monies being taken Am now, this minute. Writing to total bodywellness to express my disgust and hopefully receive a refund. But dont hold my breath.
I will never, never, ever, ever deal with an offshore company again. Fingers burnt last time. Beware company has many names and disguises.
