A man named Ken Marsh called and said i was approved for a loan and asked me to Western Union this money for insurance on a 5 thousand dolllar loan. I did and never heard from Mr. Marsh again. I did get a hold of some guy with a English accent who in turned hungf up on me several times. This guy is the same person as Ken Marsh and the guy named Jacob. He changes his voice. I heard him do it.
