I saw the tv ad for diet zx in aug and placed an order, i was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. My credit card was billed in aug for the amount due, and as of today jan 3rd 2002 i have not received any product. I have tried to call many times but of course you can never get through, in fact when you press the prompt for diet zx it is always busy. I left an email at least 3 times with one response, telling me to call the 800 #. I did check the status of the order on line and it showed it had processed in Aug but never shipped. I sent another email this wek asking for the product or my money back. I was checking on line today to see if there was an update to the status and found that this is indeed false advertising and a rip off.
