Rachel with Public Yellow Pages called and wanted to "VERIFY" name and address for ad. At the end of the call, VICTIM was trying to tell Rachel that he was not interested and she over-talked him and hung up. Now we have received a bill for $599.99 $76.82 for admin fee and interest. We did not authorize in October for advertisement for a business that was closed in April.
