I noticed charges two months in a row for Little Harbour-swizzle. I called T-mobile and told them that I want my money back. (Two months @9.99 each time.) I told her I did not sign up for this. She says give it a billing cycle or two to clear up. Then she gave me their number, but she said wait until we see if it stops. I can tell you that if T-mobile doesn't refund me, and swizzle keeps charging; I will be changing my cell phone company. I don't have a contract, so I can cancel at any time. I saw a simliar complaint that said if you don't respond when swizzle texts you, that they automatically start charging. Well we don't have texting, I had that blocked a long time ago. But it doesn't prevent texts from coming in. If I can't text out; how am I supposed to prevent companies from these automatic charges. I don't want to deal with them at all. I shouldn't have to respond to prevent their charging my phone for their business. This has got to be illegal
