To those of you who are still awaiting your refunds... I have had to report the company to my bank, they have to refund the full amount. These charges were not authorized and it is a disgrace that a company would prey on consumers like this! If they were so confident in their product they would not have to force it on unsuspecting customers, people would buy it because they actually want it and would order it when they actually need it!!!
