I ordered products nov didnt receive the goods
over xmas break
so contacted company in January
you have to read their terms and conditions
if you dont contact them within 14 days you will get charged
whether you have recd the product or not
i phoned and emailed and was treated with scorn and told i deserved to be out of pocket as i didnt read the terms and conditions and there is nothing i can do about it and i was lucky they refunded the second charge
but i am still out of pocket for bank charges and freight
it was a hard lesson to learn and i wont be dealing with any on line companies ever again
