I bought some face cream and serum on offer for €15.97. On checking my bank statement they have taken money from my account as follows. 2/5.€92.11, €98.30.2/29, €90.42 and€96.52. I Have spoken to someone called Scott and all he will do is apologise. I can't get any further.
