I have rec'd multiple invoices from Publisher's Billing Assoicaiton to renew my subscription to Kiplingers Personal Finance magazine.invoice looks official, even stating that I have already made a partial payment of $14.97. This is all bogus!!!

I do subscribe to this magazine, but confirmed with Kiplinger that PBA does not represent them.
