I took a loan out for $200 with a total payback of $279 they keep debiting my bank account even when the funds was not there. I tried calling them but I could never get in touch with anyone. They even started debiting my account every day for they amount of $5 which caused my account to be severly overdrawned
and had to be closed. I try sending them email which I got no response. Now they had an attorney called me and said they have a lawsauit against me and are taking me to court if I don't sent them $695 today. But They will not give me any information about my account. I told them I am willing to set up payment arrangements but the attorney told me I need to pay him $200 today before he can accept any arrangements on my account. He said he will give me 2 hours to come up with the money or they will serve me a sopeana on my job.
