Ordered a pair off ugg boots. They arrived with a certificate of authenticity and a mini ugg key ring. The right rummber sole was mounted on an angle and the material of the boot had several glue marks/stains. I made three attempts to contact customer service and received no replay. Then I took the boots into a local retailer who informed me that the color is incorrect and the boot did not have the security freatures.in fact it was counterfit. I called the ugg flag ship store in Yorkville Toronto and they verified the counterfit. From the Yorkville store I received the real ugg site information where I reported the counterfit, the Shanghaifengganashiye company and the shipping information. I called my credit card vendor to report the fraud. When I tried to relocate the vendor site the pages were unavailable, one link mentioned something about counterfit activity and that the rights had been forwarded to the lawful distributor - I was unable to track this information further. When I tried to go back to read this page more closely i was unable to relocate it.
