Call saying need to verify cancelling & I told them never order their services in the first place. Kept telling me I had to talk to someone in Quality control & I was not to answer any questions any way except yes. I told her no she went thru this for several minutes, & was hard to understand her english, as well as connection was bad. I finally hung up was called back 4 times. When i told her to send it via fax or mail she said i must speak to quality control to confirm, when I did I would not answer yes, sent me back previous person finally they hung up. This all started last Thursday Feb. 23 2012.
