Like so many, I seen the advertisement on line for a FREE trail offer just pay shipping 3.99. I received 15ml (tiny jar) and have been using it about a week and a half when I noticed a charge from them of 89.99. I called my bank and told them I did not authorize this charge, the bank said I had to call them. I've been trying to call for days, when I did get through you could hardly hear the person on the line and when I wanted a manager, she came on only to play the I can't hear you. I've been leaving messages that have never been returned. Also, on my bank account it says recurring charge, not sure but I really don't want to go through this next month. Help
