He goes by fabian n, carlos, says he works for chevron co, possible stolen identity from this mansays he has a new zealand accent and a daughter by name of cecilia or cici. Went on answer.com tonight, through a lawyer and he figures this is a scam. Had gone through western union to wire money in lagos nigeriaphone number he used 011 234 802 433 0947, says he's from helena montana-says he's from chevron co - possible identity theft
