I looked at my T-Mobile phone bill only to discover that, I had been charged $9.99 for Bune LLC "Premium Service" on 02/20 at 6:42am! I had never heard of this company and I certainly did not download any apps on my cell phone on Valentine's Day at six o'clock in the morning! I called T-Mobile the same day I discovered the charge and was told by a CSR in the Philapines that, I had downloaded an app on my phone and I was being billed by this third party company for a monthly subscription! I again told the CSR I didn't download any apps on my cell phone on this day and he hung up on me! I called back and received the same rude customer service from the next rep in the Philipines! After some investigating on my end, I found the phone number for the company. I called them and received the best service ever! The CSR took apologized for the inconvenience, took down my information so he could send me a refund check in the mail and also placed my cell phone number on a block list so, that I will not be charged again! For those of you who have T-mobile, do not call Customer Service on the weekend bc the service is horrible! And, there are no managers in the Philipines to help with your issue! The CSR's are rude and have no knowledge of anything! I hope this helps out others who have fallen victim to this scam!
