So i ordered some belt buckles from them, they looked like a reliable site that knew what they were doing. The charge went through. Got my receipt in an email, the charge certainly went through on my debit card. However, after the allotted time it said packages would ship in had passed. time is around 3 to 8 days (don't count weekends or holidays)" i still had not received my package. So i emailed customer support on 8 different occasions, all nice polite professional emails, expecting a response since it said on their site to allow 1-24 hrs for a response

What kind of customer support email is that? Insulting me and doing nothing to adress the problem. They still have not sent me my product i already paid for, nor refunded me as i requested several times. So i have been ripped off, plain and simple.
