I ordered a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX9V camera from itechcrave on Dec 20. I received an e-mail confirming my order and asking me to send a GreenDot MoneyPak card for $179.99. I did so and received an e-mail on Dec 21 telling me that the camera would be shipped out the next day via UPS. On January 18 I sent an e-mail stating that I had not received the camera and requesting information. I have received no reply. I have telephoned itechcrave on numerous occasions thereafter but always received the message that customer service was unavailable. The itechcrave.com site is no longer available. Other people have reported experiencing the same problem.
