Some how they drafted 99.49 out of my account, I beleive it started while I was searching for a small buisness loan on the internet. I fill out one or two application online then differant people
started calling me, but the thing was they all had the same accent
and they would ask for all types of information every thing name to
bank numbers to my moms maiden name. No one give me the
loan so after give so much info I said thats it? I'm not taking any more calls from so called lenders so I rejected all there call and E-mail after awhile the calls slowed down. Then this guy call and said
I was approved, the the application had went through and he just needed a little more info. It sounded so real he had me going, he started read the company terms or speed reading as I call it.
Then he transfer me to a branch manager that reveiwed the info
that was given, but she said that I was denied load loan cause I did'nt have a direct deposite account setup with my job. So days pass something says check our account and low an behold theres
a $99.49 withdraw and a $35.00, that i know nothing about so I go
to my Bank and they give me acopy of the details report of the charges made to Premier Membership club that I have no Ideal of
but theres this fake bank check made out to the company. Then I
call (818-380-5710) and it sounds like the same female from that on line loan company, well I guess I'm the fool OK. I ask for my money to be returned and she agree I had'nt seenany change so I
call again and really give it to her. She agress to it, but then Man
from Matthews law firm calls an says I'm getting sued by this company about a loan I never received and he sounds just like
the same guy from that line loan company and I give it to him also,
It's Matthew Law firm # (646)-355-4190 just him no secretary only a
answering mechine. I Hope the FBI, CIA or the FCC can get these persons involved with this scam soon.
