Talked with and was provided false information. They told me that they have the clout to negotiate and get that interest rate to be reduced and save me money. At no point was there a discussion about education material and then they guide you on how to save that money. There is no time line on the money saving either. They just tell you that they just have to show a savings of $2500 in order for them not to refund you. However, they charge you the $998 immediately then use that as part of the overall money to be saved.
They are very good at what they do and they use every trick in the book to get you into it. They talk quickly, switch you to someone else... Tell you things that you want to hear and then because they switch to another person for the verification portion of it there is no record of what they said only you agreeing to the services. I have to willingly admit that I was a bit naive about the entire situation, however will never make the same mistake again. Buyers beware!
Bait & Switch and also false advertising would be the proper way to handle this posting however I am only allowed to select one option here. I really don't understand how they can get away with this type of shark like tactics and then say they actually provide a service and expect me to be happy about it.
