Hi i rang your company on the 13th feb about you taking £99.95 out off my account i dont no who i spoke to but i told him i had not recieved anything and why had the money been taken he said that it would go back into my account but unfortunetly im still waiting, i find this extreamly frustrating as its made me go over drawn in my bank, please reinburst as soon as possible thanks a j drew
