I ordered a trial of two skin creams for my wife and gave my credit card number. On the 17th Jan they charged £5.92 for the postage on two items. Then on the 8th Feb I found a charge of £10.97 and on the 9th Feb a further charge of £60.02 in favour of a company called Creamcareskin. I have received nothing from them and understand that this is a scam. I contacted my Bank and they said that they could do nothing as buried in the website with my original order was an agreement which I had, apparently, inadvertently become a party to by placing the original order. They bank contacted the company by 'phone and told them that I did not wish to be involved further. The company said that it would send an confirmatory email but I have received nothing.
