I saw the add, which appeared when reading my emails, with claims of amazing results with their products and offering a free sample Perfect radiance for a £2.95postage charge. I also purchased-Revita la Peau for £5.97. No where did it say that I was commiting myself to make further purchases, and lo and behold they have taken £74.95 on 25/01, £51.00&£79.99 on 27/01 without my authority from my credit card. I did not receive any more products.
Ihave contacted the credit card company and they have cancelled the card. And will investigate for fraud, but I'm unclear as to whether I will get my money back. Can you help?
