Got a phone call like everyone else and was told that they would be able to lower my interest rates for me because of my good credit. First I spoke with Brad Turner then he transferred me to Financial Agent Leon. Told me I would be assigned a Financial Advisor that would call the credit cards and negotiate the rate for me. They said the fee was $998.95 that would be charged to my credit card but that they would be saving me so much money. They pressure you into accepting their offer and completely misrepresent their services. You have to do all the work yourself.
Tried calling back the number that called me and it isaid it is a non working number. Called the customer service number and all it said was customer service with no company name.
