I was told I would get a criminal report on someone. The only information that they provided was traffic violations. I then found out there was a felony warrant for this person. They refuse to refund my money even after I told the of the conviction the status the state and county it occurred. The county also is on a computerized system. Once I done that then they said that the state in the report does not give out the information on its counties. They deceive people into believing they will give you full information. Then in the small print of their rules state we do not guarantee 100% results. I wanted information on a tenant. I am disabled and elderly and if another person had not directed me to the information then who knows what could happen
