I ordered a trial product for about $6.00 something cents, and we had not received our product in the 5-10 business days they said it would take, so we called the company up and canceleld our membership. I spoke with a woman who tried to offer me another product for a discount, but I advised her I did not want to continue being a member with them. And what do you know? I find out that they tried taking $73.13 out of my bank account today. I will try contacting my bank to see whether they can stop this Direct Debit, and any future Direct Debits from this company. Is there any other way anyone knows how to stop this from happening again?
