Well me and my husband got informed of this place that has rent to own homes in our area so we called a guy named peter davis and spoke to him about it. I called him several times to get as much info as possible and he answered his phone evertime we called him. We then gave him the 199.99 over the phone to get the password to look at the houses online. They had nothing in our area so we then called him back asking for our money and ever since we sent him the 199.99 he has no answered his phone. We have been trying to get in touch with him for over three weeks now. What we thought was a good was to rent to own a home has turned into a nightmare. Please do not get scammed by these people as we did.
