We recently booked a hotel in Florida with an Expedia representative. We clearly stated that we had 3 children and 2 adults. He booked us for 2 adults and 2 children. Luckily, I read the e-mail and caught the mistake. When I called to inform them of the mistake, they told me that they couldn't fix it as the hotel did not take more than 4 people. They did offer a refund, however, we have to wait until they issue it which can be anytime from 7-10 business days. We've already had difficulty finding a place to stay in Florida, and this was our vacation money so we cannot book until they are able to refund the money. I don't even trust them to do this. Stay away from this company-I feel that the man who booked our reservation intentionally put in an incorrect number of people to make a sale!
