This company has not paid into union employees benefits (medical, dental, state disability and vacation only partial.) This company seems to be falling apart. How can this company get away with taking union employees' money out of their checks that is supposed to pay their vacation & benefits but it doesn't get paid into their accounts. This seems to be embezzlement & fraud to me. Can someone check this out or explain whose fault it is that it gets this far. The unions should never let the employers "slide" for months (while using the employees money for other things.) It's the employees that suffer! What happens if FTR International goes bankrupt?
