My computer locked up with virus and this company name came up and blocked everything. I purchased it not knowing what else to do, thinking it was safe since it popped up and seemed safe. It cleared everything up for a few minutes then back to the virus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!! I reported it to my credit card company and they are taking care of investigating this matter for me. Thank goodness since they are hard to contact now that they have my $.
