I purchased two gift cards from this website on 11-10: $15 for a $25 Auto Zone card and $5 for a $10 CVS card.
The CVS card was in electronic format - but the line provided wasn't working.
After numerous voicemails went unreturned, I e-mailed them on 01-03. They responded on 01-12 apologizing for the delay and indicated the Auto Zone card would be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks. They further stated that the inoperable CVS card link was being escalated to their IT department.
This was the only response I've ever received from this company and to date I've not received the Auto Zone card nor does the CVS link work.
I have sent no less than 5 e-mails since asking for an update. I have also left numerous voicemails that have gone unreturned (it's impossible now to leave any more voicemails - they've disabled the system).
