I brought a trail offer for £5.95 and paid with my Debit Card on the 24th January. Then today i see they have taken another unauthorized payment for £54.95 from my bank, i do know know how to get hold of them. I live in France but i used my English bank account to purchase this item, and i have not received anything from them. Please can you help me. I will be ringing my bank tomorrow to stop any further payments, and ask if i can get the money they have taken back, If they say NO what can i do... Mrs C. Chudleigh
