Phone call from Paul Stevens of Malaga Tax office, saying that ‘Client Mediation Services’ who were trying to reclaim lost monies through sale of Time share had got an award due Gross Misrepresentation & Breach of Contract? 24131.00.
We had to pay the 5% tax on this amount as money in Spain and we are in UK. I didn’t believe but had ‘proof’ sent of the Tax office address? (Above) Send the money as insisted through Western Union then to expect the courier to arrive 24 hours later with the bankers draft... This did not happen.
I emailed saying that this ‘Tax office’ was a fraud and had a Richard? Who was disgusted to think I thought this and managed to convince me as well as my husband that all was in order? The reason why no courier arrived was at the court had requested a payment of £893.07 owed by the Time Share company!!?? With emailed proof, by Robert Taylor, of the entire companies who had previously defrauded us also the Tax Office address, given above, we presumed OK to pay the second payment and courier due Saturday 12th... But not arrived. I have emailed and phoned but the phone was put down on me when they realised why I was calling. Their phone number is 0034 603 395 729
