I called to order a single bottle of Grout Bully, just to give it a try. A computer kept me on the phone to continue trying to upsell my order. I only approved $10, but I just looked at my online credit card statement and they charged me $29.00. They are a bunch of crooks. I am going to initiate a chargeback with my card company and report these crooks to the Federal Trade Commision.
