I ordered a bag from the above site and was sent the wrong bag. I have tried since Jan. 3rd to have this taken care of. While waiting on a respose, I found that my "coach" bag is actually a fake. So I have contacted them again and still no answer. I have waited and waited and now I guess its time to contact the local authorties and my bank.
