Ordered off there web site. Free trial 4.95... Didn't read fine print... Got billed for 109.00 then a month later 69.90. I called and attempted to return for full refund. Also disputing with CC company but here is part of phone conversation with company:
As discussed this evening that my wife either did not fully read or/but definitly did not understand the terms of the initial order of shipping only of 4.95 Free Trial meant.
As further discussed she does not want to use the product. Please do not send anymore orders and cancel the account/orders immediately.
As stated to AaronI will dispute your charges with the credit card company. And if not fully credited I will contact the AG in New York State and Minnesota and any other consumer group and media group willing to listen. May have made a mistake but if you are a legitmate company with a good product you would credit the accounts of products returned. Its obvious you do not make money selling your product; you make your money off not making terms or conditions clear. Though you make the free trial for 4.95very clear and ensure you are 18 years or older (age has nothing to do with this product, it does have something to do with collecting money) Curiously I asked why we could not return now and I was told due to health issues the product could not be reused. I then stated but then the product returned with in 14 days could be used. Yes they would get resanitized. I then stated if you could sanitize with 14 days, you could resanitize in 30 days. I was then told. Well you could try and sell the product on Ebay.
