Like so many others, I bought into the "free sample" scam - get a sample for a $3.95 shipping charge. A month later, a second delivery of the product arrived at my home, with a receipt that said "Thank you for your purchase". The receipt did not display any amount, so I had to go to my credit card statement online to find out that I had been charged $74.87! I tried to stop the payment through my credit card company but it had already been processed. I contacted the Kunulift company and was told that I had "agreed" to continued monthly deliveries when I made the original purchase. And when I checked it out, I actually HAD! It's called "negative response" marketing. "If you want to continue, you don't need to do anything. If you want to cancel, you have to contact us." And apparently there are lots of others who didn't read the fine print. Lesson learned.
