I was trying to download Avira antivirus package and a window that said purchase two years of Avira antivirus support pop up. I fill up the information and thought I was purchasing Avira antivirus but not, instead I purchased two years of support and no software, so support for what? I have contacted the company and the billing office representative was really rude and told me I will not be able to recover my money.
