This company keeps pulling money from my bank account, so this is identiy theft at least. I have never signed up for any online membership service with this or any other company. They refuse to reimburse me the $. When I call the 888-836-6877 number, I get the call center service who tells me they will send me a letter that I submit to 'cancel' a membership that I don't have and it will take 7-10 busiess days just to receive this letter so that I can then send back and then wait another however many days before I will probably have to call them again.
In order to really stop this, I have to have write my bank a letter to dispute the charges and then they will have to close my account and then I have to re-open an account. I have had this account for 10 years!!! The burden should not have to be on me...
