The same has happened to me ordered free sample and now has had £19.97 taken from my account without my permission, contacted bank and was advised to fill out cancellation forms as well as get intouch with trading standards. I will not get that money back now, so furious can believe the bank cant just cancel immediatly unauthorised transactions. Hopefully while i am waiting to recieve this cancellation forms no more will be taken out.
