I was contacted by the representative of Ultimate pro and liposom on the 30/12 about the products and that I only have to pay for postage for the products and try them for 3 weeks and if I liked them then they will bill me £29.99 each bottle and that I have the right to choose to buy one or both and the right to cancell. They said that they will never take money from my account unless I agreed. I acepted and gave them my bank details. However I waited for the "FREE"products and never received them. I called them 2x and they reassured me that they only posted them on the 4 of January and that it could take up to 14 working days before I get them. I waited then at my surprise I went to my mail and found out that they had withdrew $109.02 from my account on the 14/1. Wow, I was terrified in the first place I wasnt sure I had that amont in that account as my bank charges £20 per day if overdrawn. They were clever and sent me this in my junk mail yet in all their other communication they had always sent to my main mail. Usually I never check my junk mail but by the Grace of God I did on the 16/1. I tried to have them give me back my money and no way. They will keep you on the phone for very long time and still nothing. After dozens of phone calls costing me tens of dollars and stress plus the pains of speaking to extremly rude customers service representatives, I got an E-mail that only £49 part of the money was returned.
I had returned the Free products back to them barely a week after trying them and I wished I never put a single tablet of BERI ultimate and liposome in my mouth. The produts are totally poison, i was having loads of headaches, hot flashes, bloating, i felt more like a ballon with my stomach and i was urinating up to 5 to 7 times in an hour. I couldnt sit for more than 10 mins without going to the ladies and in all no single once of weight was seen gone by these products. I only needed to loose some few pounds because of the holiday season but this bERI ULTMATE combo is a vERY ULTIMATE combo poison!
Now I have been on phones and e-mail since 16/1 to have them give me back my money and they have not. I do not understand why they would take money as they never sent any other product except the free trial? Why they would take money from my account on 14/1 when they SENT the free trial on the 4/1 and aknowledging that it could take up to 7-14 working days to receive? No one could have then receive or try it for 3 weeks - right? Scam
