I responded to a free sample of a skincare product sent to me via an email advertisement from the Institute for Health.
The free sample could only be sent if I agreed to pay $5 for postage - which seemed fair enough.
However, I noticed a charge on my credit card bill for $69.95 on the 12th December and again on the 28th December for another $133.76 which was taken without my consent.
I have written to the Institute for Health and requested my money be returned and - no more product to be sent.
