I ordered a Deluxe Midnight edition hair straightener set from this company just after christmas. When it arrived at the end of January, I discovered I had not received what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a set of hair straighteners and a hairdryer in a treasure chest box. I received the contents of the box, the straighteners and the hairdryer, but not the box. I emailed them to inform them of this, and they basically told me that Customs must have opened the parcel, taken the box out as it was too heavy, and then sent me the other items, which is a lie, as customs would not do this. I asked for a refund, which they are being very difficult about, and are saying they will not give me until I send the items back, at my own cost, and then they will not give me a full refund as they will have to deduct some for charges.
