Went to event Nov 18 and paid $70.00 cash to George Kise for a picture that I never received.
I have left several messages for him he also, bounced a check to for $600.00 for that event.
George told the event people to put the check through again and the event people had to pay for fees for the bounced check. They received there money.
George told them that he was taking care of my picture that has been several weeks ago. George sent me a black and white 8x10 piece of paper to put in a Christmas card to my husband that i got the day before Christmas Eve. This was to be a nice size big painted Plaque.
