This is the result of a class action lawsuit brought against Wal-Mart. Approximately 72,000 former (and current) Wal-Mart employees were made to work during scheduled breaks without being paid for same. You probably received and cashed a check in the May- July timeframe. Check to make sure but the IRS will be looking for these funds to be taxed.
