Ordered the trail version, happy to pay that. Read their terms and conditions and it stated 30 days to cancel order.

How does that work... My 30 days were up on 08/02...
Tried to ring the 24/7 customer service, once I advised my issue, they hung up - rang 3 more times where they just ignored it.
